NL Stables' preference for Spanish horses goes beyond their appearance. Nicky Lieberton observed in practice that ambitious riders regularly purchased horses that were too temperamental to ride themselves.
Her approach is different: the right feeling comes first. A PRE (Pura Raza Española) combines an impressive presence with a character that suits the rider: a horse with which you can both compete and ride out on the trail in complete relaxation.

Buying a horse is an experience. We take ample time for a personal introductory conversation in which we discuss together which type of horse suits you: in terms of level, character, colour and budget.
Transparency is central to NL Stables. All horses are professionally vetted including X-rays, which we share openly and honestly with interested buyers. No surprises afterwards.
“Everyone should be able to ride it.” That is the standard we apply in every selection. We work without conflicts of interest, purely in the interest of horse and rider.
